As a Manager in our regional Financial Services Advisory team, you will work on advisory and independent assurance projects for financial services firms across all FS sectors. You will develop and maintain deep client relationships, enhancing your commercial management and business development skills. There are also opportunities to deepen your technical and regulatory knowledge and collaborate with the wider Financial Services Advisory team.

You’ll be someone with
  • A recognized accountancy or internal audit qualification and/or membership (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, CIIA, ACCA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Significant experience in regulatory assurance or internal audit within professional or financial services firms.
  • A strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment, including knowledge of FCA conduct rules, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, credit risk, SMCR, operational resilience, consumer duty, and culture.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams or others.
  • A focused approach to managing quality and risk.
