Job description

We are seeking a driven and analytically strong Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Value Creation team. This role is central to delivering rigorous buy-side and sell-side diligence projects, supporting value creation initiatives, and building lasting client relationships.

You'll bring proven experience from a Big 4 or leading consultancy firm, with a track record of running key workstreams in financial due diligence engagements. You will take ownership of project delivery, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to shaping our differentiated, AI-enabled approach to deal support. This is a hybrid role based in our Mayfair office and offers the opportunity to grow your career in a modern, entrepreneurial advisory setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key workstreams on complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis on KPIs, earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow.
  • Develop insights on deal drivers, risks, and upside opportunities.
  • Work with senior team members to prepare reports, client deliverables, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our AI and data teams to enhance analytics and accelerate diligence delivery.
  • Support post-deal value creation initiatives, such as working capital optimisation, margin improvement, and efficiency programmes.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to business development and proposals.
  • Mentor and support Analysts and Associates in developing technical and commercial skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Services from a Big 4 or leading consultancy.
  • Proven ability to manage workstreams independently across multiple engagements.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate analysis into client-ready insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in stakeholder discussions.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
