Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Manager to join our growing team. With our focus on innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we seek an individual with who can be a part of our Data Office.
Reports to: Associate Director/Director – Digital Technology Services
Location: Gurgaon/Bengaluru
Key responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) applications
•Mentor data engineers while being hands on with solution design, coding, and troubleshooting
•Extract, clean, transform, and load structured and semi-structured data from various sources
•Develop and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, and data loads.
•Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
•Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ETL jobs, and system performance
•Perform root cause analysis on job failures and data anomalies, and implement corrective actions
•Enforce data security, privacy, and governance standards throughout the data lifecycle
•Drive continuous improvement across code quality, data quality, documentation, and CI/CD practices
•Maintain hands-on ownership of key deliverables and act as the go-to technical expert for your team
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 7+ years of hands on relevant experience, atleast 2 years in lead developer role
•Strong understanding of data modeling, database structures, and data warehousing concepts
•Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Snowflake; ETL/ELT tools, especially Informatica IDMC
•Experience working in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrating cloud-native services
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
•Proficient with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward
