Job summary

SHI UK is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth. The role focuses on achieving targets, acquiring new customers, and strengthening partner relationships.

You will coordinate with internal resources to ensure compelling brand messaging and accurate pipeline management, while delivering engaging customer presentations and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in an Outside Sales role supporting Enterprise.
  • 3+ years of technology sales experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas.
  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction.
  • Experience working with C-Level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Engage internal company resources into the Sales Process, such as Marketing to effectively create brand awareness.

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager manages all sales activities with a focus on meeting targets, building and leading a professional sales team, and executing strategies for growth. This role involves driving new business development, establishing strong partner relationships, and engaging internal resources to create brand awareness. The Sales Manager oversees pipeline management, delivers effective sales presentations, and schedules customer appointments to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Role Description

Compensation

The estimated annual pay range for this position is £70,000 plus an annual bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
