What is the opportunity?

You will be joining our eComm Management team within the Client and Data Management group.

As the manager of our team, you will work with our partners to facilitate and manage the electronic enablement of trading across the Fixed Income, Equities, and FX product lines and platforms.

You will lead a global team collaborating across geographies to deliver for our clients and partners.

What will you do?

Lead a global team to deliver excellence for our clients and partners.

Maintain client and account level data in Capital Markets front and back-office systems.

Ensure accuracy across all electronic trading systems for eComm set-ups/updates.

Use appropriate tools and exception management processes to maintain data quality.

Proactively seek efficiencies in processes.

Review exception queues and perform root cause analysis.

Review source system reconciliations to prevent future discrepancies.

Manage issues proactively and coordinate with the team to manage expectations.

Interact with stakeholders regarding eComm management initiatives.
