Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Solutions Consulting to lead a team delivering digital, reporting, and data solutions for clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team acts as a bridge between clients, digital capabilities, reporting, and product innovation, driving adoption and value across global client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding, platform adoption, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client requirements and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Relationship Management, and Operations teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Gather client feedback and represent the voice of the client in product enhancement and innovation discussions.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and client technology reviews.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and digital adoption.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager, Digital Solutions Consulting to lead a team responsible for delivering innovative digital, reporting, and data solutions to Northern Trust clients across EMEA. The role combines people leadership, client consulting, technology solutioning, and strategic partnership with Product and Technology teams to enhance the overall client experience.
