This role involves managing customer success programs through digital channels like Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and automation tools. You will help customers achieve value by enhancing digital engagement, focusing on metrics like activation, retention, and expansion, and measuring the performance of digital initiatives.

Your responsibilities include driving customer engagement through automation, designing onboarding and lifecycle campaigns, collaborating on content creation, managing automated journeys, analyzing performance data, and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles, proficiency with tools like Intercom or Marketo, a proven record in designing automated customer journeys, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience in SaaS/MarTech environments. A growth mindset and experience with international clients are preferred.
