Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is hiring a Demand Planning Manager to develop and manage forecasts for international category segments.

This role partners with Supply Chain and Sales to understand drivers and promotions and to drive IBP processes in a fast-growth cosmetics environment. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in demand planning or analytics, strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, SQL and Python welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for international category segments.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the weekly level.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to predict future demand.
• Work closely with Customer Supply Chain and Sales teams to understand market drivers, promotional impacts, and customer purchasing patterns
• Lead Pre-IBP meetings to align on weekly consumption and shipment forecasts with cross functional teams.
• Accountable for the maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, etc.)

Position Summary

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for developing and managing the e.l.f. demand forecasts for the e.l.f. international category segments. This includes establishing new ways of working with international counterparts to support the established strategy.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for international category segments.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the weekly level.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to predict future demand.
• Work closely with Customer Supply Chain and Sales teams to understand market drivers, promotional impacts, and customer purchasing patterns
• Lead Pre-IBP meetings to align on weekly consumption and shipment forecasts with cross functional teams.
• Accountable for the maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Operations experience in a food, CPG, or cosmetics manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity; >$50 million revenue, high-SKU, national distribution, and rapidly changing product line / SKU mix.
• Cross-functional IBP modeling and process leadership experience; inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts for a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recapture.
• Strong working knowledge of planning process within CPG, fashion, or seasonal products.
• High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and present effectively to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, advanced formulas; macros a plus).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting platforms, or planning tools, with confidence navigating and synthesizing large data sets.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
