Our focus includes renewable energy (solar and wind), conventional power, infrastructure assets (roads, rail, airports), digital infrastructure, social housing, real estate, and core plus infrastructure.

At Macquarie, we bring together diverse talents and empower our people to shape possibilities. Operating in 31 markets with 56 years of profitability, we foster a friendly, supportive environment where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

You will handle waiver and consent processes, conduct due diligence, and communicate with borrowers to negotiate risk-balanced solutions. Effective stakeholder management and agility across multiple workstreams such as portfolio reporting, ad hoc projects, and investor communications are essential.

To succeed, you should have at least 6 years of experience with competencies including:

  • Understanding and experience in structuring or analyzing credit risk in infrastructure and/or corporate debt
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating investment issues clearly in writing and verbally
  • Comfort in analytical discussions, with a commercial approach to risk decisions and financial model review experience
  • Knowledge of due diligence processes (legal, technical, financial)
  • Understanding of debt documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Experience managing junior analysts is beneficial but not required
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity and a drive to implement positive change and develop initiatives
