You will work closely with clients and diverse teams from EY, providing unique business insights on innovation and competitiveness in a dynamic industry. We seek individuals with significant client-side and people management experience, along with project and technology delivery expertise within large recognized organizations.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Participate in presentations and proposals for medium to highly complex projects.
2. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and models through logical and physical data modeling.
3. Assist in data modeling and design reviews to improve usability and efficiency.
4. Implement code for data extraction and basic transformations.
5. Validate data quality and maintain source control and versioning.
6. Contribute to data tool development and platform monitoring.
7. Write SQL scripts and stored procedures; optimize and tune SQL queries for performance.
8. Design, implement, and maintain data security and access controls.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
10. Manage Agile projects and serve as Scrum Master, maintaining roadmaps and ensuring team alignment.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting and excellent SQL (preferably T-SQL) skills.
• Experience in data wrangling and cleansing across various formats.
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools, PowerPlatform, and Azure cloud ETL tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of Data Modeling techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant academic background.
• Participation in open-source communities.
• Expertise in automation and digital transformation.
• Certifications in MS Azure or AWS Cloud data engineering.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and MLOps.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and understanding of project management and agile methodologies.
