This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manager of Account Based Marketing to drive MQL and SQL growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives. This role will be hands-on in developing, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns, working closely with Sales to enhance engagement and conversion across key accounts.

This position will lead a Campaign Specialist to ensure that account-based strategies are effectively targeting key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ABM Campaign Execution: Lead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns, leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce to drive pipeline growth.
  • Customer Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement customer engagement programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Account Planning: Actively collaborate with Sales to define account strategies, identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize data-driven insights to refine ICPs, segment accounts, and personalize outreach for maximum impact.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, CS, and RevOps to ensure ABM and customer marketing efforts are fully integrated into the overall growth strategy.
  • Content & Messaging Strategy: Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling, account-specific messaging that drives engagement.
  • Performance & Analytics: Own ABM and customer marketing reporting and analysis, tracking conversion rates, pipeline impact, and campaign performance, making data-backed optimizations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM, customer marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven success in driving MQL and SQL impact through targeted campaigns and account-based strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce to execute and measure ABM and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of account segmentation, intent data, and personalization tactics to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align ABM and customer marketing with revenue goals.
  • Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the insurance tech industry or working in highly regulated markets.
