As a Customer Engagement Management Manager you will manage a team of highly experienced customer engagement managers making sure we maximize the opportunity at each of our key customers in the EMEA region.

You will support the development of customer sales strategy for business expansion, and monitor performance of customer accounts in line with strategy and business financial objectives.


What you will be doing

  • Achieve growth targets by effectively managing the team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for the key customers.
  • Establish senior management relationship at key customers.
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationships.
  • Active participation in customer meetings and reviews.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Support customer managers in negotiations.
  • Budget planning and forecast.
  • Escalation point for issues at the customer.
  • Coaching of customer management to see the opportunities.


What we are looking for

  • Management experience leading people in a sales environment.
  • High tech product development culture and background.
  • Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Embedded and IoT (HW, SW, display and manufacturing) understanding.
  • Solution and value selling methods.
  • Ability to interact professionally internally and with suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English + local language).
  • Motivating teams to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in person and virtual).
  • Strong in Building trust and relationship, being able to connect with management level in large organizations.
  • Open to travel.
