Join Kobalt Music Group as a Manager in Corporate Finance (FP&A), where you will be integral in financial forecasting and analysis. As a Manager, Corporate Finance (FP&A), you’ll be a key member of our global Corporate Finance team based in London. You'll support all of Kobalt’s business units, playing an essential role in the forecasting and analysis of financial performance especially related to costs. Reporting into the Director, Corporate Finance, you’ll own and develop forecasting models, collaborate with business partners to provide budgets and cost insights, and contribute to accurate financial reporting and senior management analysis.

Preferred:
By Month 1: You’ll support the month-end close and budgeting cycle, working confidently with internal systems and stakeholders
By Month 3: You’ll independently manage expense forecasting, reporting cycles, and variance analysis across business units
By Month 6: You’ll identify areas for automation, optimise budgeting workflows, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Actively contributes to team discussions, shares information openly, and resolves conflicts in a constructive and respectful way

Quickly identifies issues, makes informed decisions, and learns from outcomes to continuously improve
