State of Flux is seeking a Manager Consultant to deliver procurement and supply chain projects for global clients. You will work across SRM, contract lifecycle, strategic sourcing, and risk, turning complex problems into actionable solutions and shaping client proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and ideally a related Master’s Degree or MBA
• Experience managing a team would be a benefit
• Hands-on supply chain/procurement consulting experience
• Sourcing knowledge is desirable but not essential i.e. strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement to payables, e-procurement systems and ERP packages
• Ability to communicate at all levels and network within client organisations
• Highly motivated and able to demonstrate ownership and personal accountability
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

As a Manager Consultant at State of Flux, you will play a key role in delivering impactful procurement and supply chain projects for global clients across diverse industries. You will work on initiatives spanning supplier relationship management (SRM), contract lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk. By translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions, you will drive meaningful change, foster deep client relationships, and contribute to both project delivery and business development in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Experience: 4+ years of consultancy experience

Understands and translates client business issues into solutions, scoping client projects and proposals

Maps and analyses complex data/processes and develop improvement measures

Independently structures and presents results and action plans

Actively supports business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and commercials
