Job summary

State of Flux in London is seeking a Consultant to deliver procurement and supply chain projects for global clients. You will work on SRM, contract lifecycle management, strategic sourcing and supply chain risk, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.

You will support business development, prepare proposals and commercials, and contribute to thought leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with hybrid working and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of consultancy experience.
• Undergraduate degree and ideally a related Master’s Degree or MBA.
• Hands-on supply chain/procurement consulting experience.
• Sourcing knowledge is desirable but not essential (e.g. strategic sourcing, purchasing, procure-to-pay, e-procurement systems and ERP).
• Ability to communicate at all levels and network within client organisations.
• Highly motivated and able to demonstrate ownership and personal accountability.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

You will work on initiatives spanning supplier relationship management (SRM), contract lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk. By translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions, you will drive meaningful change, foster deep client relationships, and contribute to both project delivery and business development in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
