Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma helps entire product teams design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come with us!
Key to Figma’s success is our community with the advocacy team being at the forefront! Community is important at Figma and is key to our bottom-up adoption model and organic growth engine. As we scale into new geographies and audiences, we are looking for a leader to help take our community and advocacy team — a group of design practitioners and developers who plug their expertise into our community engagement, product development pipeline, and sales enablement from customer consultations, workshops, and Q&A sessions to unblock customers, to interacting and crafting content and resources to enable the community at large — to the next level. This person will connect the dots across teams and departments; setting strategy, showing impact, and supporting cross-functional company goals. We’re looking for someone to lead and help scale our community and advocacy efforts to power our growth in EMEA.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our London, Berlin, or Paris hub.
