We are looking for talented Managers to join our People Experience team as part of our UK Financial Servies People Consulting team.
Our People Experience team provides solutions across Change management & communications, Culture & ways of working, Digital people experience and Future HR.
As a manager in our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of transformative projects for our clients, taking an employee‑centric approach to delivery. You’ll work within a team to deliver innovative and insightful solutions, showcasing best‑practice insights to support successful client delivery.
As a manager, you will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day delivery support across project teams, contributing to effective go‑to‑market strategies and supporting development of our overall people consulting capability and solution offering by providing counselling and upskilling opportunities to our more junior team members.
