About the Role:

The Beauty Category team in India is looking for a Manager, Category Management to own and drive the scale-up of categories and critical customer-focused initiatives. The candidate must share our passion for serving customers and making Amazon a preferred partner for Beauty brands. They should be able to think big, work with ambiguity, and drive speed of experimentation. We seek self-starters with strong analytical skills, result orientation, and the ability to make and execute data-driven decisions independently, working with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have strengths in independent problem-solving, demonstrate great communication skills, show ownership and persistence, lead a team to meet organizational goals, and have proven leadership experience in managing projects. Comfort with evolving structures in a new space is essential.

- Experience at a senior level in the fashion industry, ideally in e-commerce, retail, key account management, or consulting roles.
