Overview

Adobe’s BDR (Business Development Representative) team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Digital Media Cloud suite of products. As the Manager of this team, you will be responsible for leading the team and equipping, enabling and empowering team members with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be successful. You’ll will work closely with BDR leadership, Sales and the wider ecosystem to deliver against core KPI’s and metrics.

The Challenge

This role is pivotal in not only ensuring they have the solution knowledge & skills capabilities but also ensuring readiness for their career at Adobe. You will own the Enablement Strategy to drive the success of the BDR organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Reporting into the Senior Manager, Business Development UKI you will be responsible for driving the pipeline generation strategy within a key set of Digital Media products for the UKI business
  • Be accountable for ongoing management and coaching of the UKI BDR team
  • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital) to deliver against BDR targets
  • Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling through enablement
  • Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques
  • Act as ambassador at all times for the BDRs within Adobe
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably B2B
  • 1+ years in sales/business development leadership would be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to clearly articulate strategy and goals to team members
  • Confident, positive, upbeat, professional, and team-oriented demeanour
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, ability to do multi-task
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and handle challenging demands in fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact on a regular basis with management and senior leaders/collaborators
