This role fits within our Enterprise Technology Agility team – an innovative team focused on outcomes that works with clients to deliver more value, sooner. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver critical transformation projects, deploying our full range of technology and delivery skillsets. We pair these fundamentals with our expertise in radical innovation and agile delivery to imagine, create and run pioneering, future-ready solutions for our clients.

Some of your responsibilities in this role include:

• Requirements and user story elicitation – working with Deloitte and client teams to clarify their desired outcomes
• Writing acceptance criteria
• Product Ownership and Management
• Working in agile delivery teams, adopting agile practices and contributing to agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.)
• Working within diverse teams to create an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution to collective goals
• Being open to new experiences!

Our ideal candidate would have a Business Analysis background and experience in technology projects. This experience could be consulting or working within the public sector or private sector. You will work as part of a team of technology specialists who will see you as a growing expert in delivering creative solutions to solving our clients’ problems.

You will be able to demonstrate capability and experience in the following:

• Experience working on and/or delivering technology transformation projects
• Business Analysis experience within a project delivery environment, with a strong understanding of how business analysis can deliver value to an organisation
• Knowledge of how to test against the requirements and provide confidence in the outputs
• Experience with successfully managing risk and scope in challenging environments
• Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to colleagues at all levels of the firm
• Comfort and fluency in technology concepts
• Experience of developing & maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholder with the ability to challenge & influence where required
• Successfully working in teams and being a supportive and collaborative team member
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
