Creative Thinking
· Ability to contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Good creative judgment with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.
Project & Campaign Management
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience in working in cross-functional teams and with external agencies
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
· Experience working with high-profile brand partnerships, ideally in sports, music, or entertainment (ideal but not essential)
Digital & Social Media Savvy
· Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, influencer, and content marketing
Communication & Presentation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident in creating and delivering presentations
Collaboration & Agility
· A team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS/Bachelors Degree or experience in lieu of
