Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within the PIPE Practice Area. You will collaborate with global teams to provide industry insights, develop AI-enabled assets, and support commercialization across proposals and client workshops.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI tools, partner with senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while delivering measurable client impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in PIPE required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Bachelor's Degree required; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry/functional expertise to case and proposal teams.
• Develop expertise on AI and analytics tools to support analysis and product development.
• Serve as thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders.
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector through analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.
• Own and enhance AI-enabled products and analytics assets from problem definition through build, deployment on live cases, and adoption.
• Onboard, train and enable junior colleagues on your topic/sector and on new products.
