Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Analyst for BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within the TMT Practice. You’ll join a growing global team, delivering industry insights, shaping proposals and client workshops from our London hub.

Your role includes developing IP, training junior colleagues, and collaborating with case teams to tackle complex challenges. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Enterprise Software/SaaS consulting or 3+ years industry experience, plus fluency in English and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS sector
• 3+ years minimum industry experience if no consulting experience; 4-6+ years strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Provide industry/functional expertise and insights to case teams and proposal teams
• Develop knowledge assets, analysis and advisory for client projects
• Support commercialization efforts: contribute to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials
• Develop intellectual property & assets and onboard/train junior colleagues
