Location: London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and a network of 20 offices nationwide

As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG, you will lead delivery, manage small teams, and work on projects like IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and advising on capital models or supporting audit colleagues.

Your responsibilities include leading project teams, contributing technical expertise, and preparing reports and presentations. Current projects include:

  • IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations
  • Finance transformation support
  • Mergers and acquisitions assistance
  • Capital model advisory

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Actuary with experience in a Life Actuarial role or consultancy
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong technical and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Effective project and team management skills, with a focus on goal-oriented task structuring
  • Coaching skills to develop junior team members

Desirable Skills / Extras:

  • Experience in consultancy or industry supporting senior management and client relationships, including proposal and sales material development
