Job summary

Deel is seeking a Manager, Account Executive to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth across a defined segment. You will coach, forecast, and align with cross-functional partners to close opportunities and scale sales plays.

You will implement scalable processes, monitor pipelines, and help the team meet ambitious targets while contributing to the broader commercial strategy. This role offers a dynamic, global-sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and effective manner.
  • Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms for sales teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Summary

Manager, Account Executive is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for a defined segment or product. This role oversees team performance, supports professional development, and ensures consistent execution across the full sales cycle. It is essential for delivering strong revenue results, improving sales effectiveness, and supporting overall commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, ensuring strong performance, clear expectations, and continuous skill growth.

Drive revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently identifies, develops, and closes opportunities for new business and/or account expansion.

Conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions to support effective planning, execution, and territory management.

Build and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks to support predictable, repeatable execution across the team.

Monitor sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and adjusting strategy as needed.

Support team members as a player-coach by joining key opportunities and modeling effective sales practices.

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to enable smooth handoffs, strong customer engagement, and alignment on priorities.

Analyze performance trends and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure strong operational discipline, including accurate CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecasting.

Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and customer experience.

Meet or exceed monthly and yearly team revenue targets.

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.

Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
