Job Description: Cloud Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a leader who fosters diversity, can interpret industry trends, and mentors a team in adopting new technologies such as AI/ML, Kubernetes, and open-source packages.

In this role, working with the Senior Director of Account Cloud Engineering for the EMEA ISV Prime region, you will manage a team of Account Cloud Engineers, promoting Oracle IaaS and PaaS services, as well as Oracle On-Premise Licenses within the designated market.

You will collaborate closely with Cloud Technology Sales Management for ISV PRIME in the UK, NORDICS, and BENELUX markets to guide the Sales and Presales teams, engage with senior customer management, and lead your team effectively. This is a crucial and exciting role!

  • Lead a team of Account Cloud Engineers, providing direction and expertise in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures to solve customer problems.
  • Collaborate with Country Sales Leadership to align team efforts towards shared objectives.
  • Establish and monitor business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure success.
  • Provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success, influencing engineering roadmaps based on customer feedback.

Additional Details

Career Level: M4
