The Sloane Club invites an ambitious hospitality professional to lead 1922, a flagship all‑day dining concept in Chelsea. As General Manager, you will drive guest experiences, recruit and develop a high‑performing team, and deliver commercial success while reflecting the club’s heritage and standards.

You will shape operations, cultivate community relations, and position 1922 as a premier neighbourhood destination through warmth, vision, and hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within a premium café, restaurant and bistro.
• Passion for food, coffee, artisan products, and guest experience.

Combining a contemporary bistro, artisan café, and premium deli, 1922 will offer members, residents, and visitors an exceptional destination for breakfast, lunch, coffee, retail delicatessen products, and informal dining.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader to shape, and establish 1922 as one of Chelsea's most admired neighbourhood destinations.

The Role

The Manager of 1922 will be the face, driving force, and operational leader of this exciting new venture.
