Job summary

iMultiply in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Accounts team, overseeing the preparation of financial and management accounts and forecasting. You will provide strategic financial insights to senior partners, mentor the team, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management accounts, holds a professional accounting qualification (ICAS/ICAEW/ACCA), strong UK GAAP/FRS102 knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

The Ideal Candidate

Mandatory

• Hold a professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA).
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in management accounts and financial reporting.
• Be familiar with FRS 102 and UK GAAP standards.
• Have direct line management experience within an accountancy practice or industry setting.
• Be skilled in producing management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrate strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.

Preferred

• Experience working in an accountancy firm at some point in your career - but applicants currently working in Practice or Industry are invited.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with cash flow management and liquidity planning.
