Job summary

Ascenda Global is expanding its Glasgow team and seeks ambitious individuals to develop sales, business and leadership skills through practical experience.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning fundamentals of customer engagement, sales and business development, then gradually take on greater responsibility with full training, coaching and mentorship from experienced teammates.

The Opportunity

As a Management Trainee, you'll start by learning the fundamentals of customer engagement, sales and business development before gradually taking on greater responsibility within the team.

Previous management or sales experience isn't required.
