We are passionate about our Management Trainee scheme and growing and developing talent in our organisation, so we open this scheme to both internal and external applicants. We know this ensures our external applicants have peer support and in turn they can bring new ideas, innovation and creativity that have been developed through placements or other relevant work experience.

The scheme involves rotations and is very fast paced, with no two days the same. Candidates should be willing to relocate (London, North, Midlands, South or Scotland) to maximize the scheme's potential and their development opportunities.

*The start date for this role is Monday 2nd June 2025. You must be available to attend an assessment centre in March at our UK HUB in Slough.*

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will participate in a structured, 12-18 month Leadership Development Program covering Operations, Sales, Quality, Fleet Management, People and Culture, and Customer Service, with exposure to both airport and downtown branches.
• You will take part in rotational placements as a Check-In Agent, Rental Sales Agent, Acting Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, working alongside Area Directors on exciting projects.
• You will support and drive branch sales, foster customer enthusiasm and satisfaction, and learn to deliver SIXT premium customer service.
• You will embody the BIG SIXT behaviors, represent the company and its culture, even towards people who think differently. You will attend group workshops and engage with online learning tutorials.
• You will ensure the branch’s appearance and operations meet corporate standards.
• This program offers a chance to influence and lead a branch, build your own branch culture, and drive performance.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Talent: You are motivated, enjoy direct customer contact, and are a natural sales talent.
• Practical Experience and Management Skills: You bring experience from sales, service, or travel/tourism sectors, have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and are reliable and responsible.
• Communication: You possess excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible approach.
• Driver License: You hold a valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience.
