SIXT invites you to join 1ST GEAR!, a global Management Trainee Program that fast-tracks you into a real leadership role within a dynamic mobility company. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience and take on responsibility, with a guaranteed leadership position after program completion.

The 12-month program covers Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, with training in communication and problem-solving, and aims to relocate you within the UK for leadership

Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor's or business management degree or gained relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Demonstrates leadership mindset and entrepreneurial potential with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and support the achievement of operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations as a Sales Executive with training in communication and problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.

YOUR MANAGEMENT CAREER PATH AT SIXT

• You take on responsibility early in your 12-month program, support the achievement of our operational goals, and contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed directly in a leadership position anywhere in the United Kingdom
• You gain insights into key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and develop further along clear learning and performance goals
• You work in the operational day-to-day business from day one, get to know our core operations as a Sales Executive, and are supported through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies
• You collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
• You will graduate into a leadership position upon successful completion of the program. As these roles are based on business needs, you must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom to begin your management career

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Important to note

If your application is successful, youmustbe available to attend ourAssessment Centre on Tuesday 3rd November. The programme will begin on 15th December.

Please note: A guaranteed leadership position is offered upon successful completion of the programme. As these management opportunities are allocated based on business need,successful graduates must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom. Relocation is an essential requirement of the programme and should be carefully considered before applying.
