A structured 12-month development programme designed to provide you with a holistic insight and practical application into all areas of a successful hospitality business.
Working hands-on across all departments, you will be fully immersed in the culture and business of Rudding Park and experience the industry from the ground up. There are set objectives to achieve in each department and ad hoc projects during the year. You will also prepare and deliver a presentation to the Senior Management Team at Rudding Park as part of your graduation.
During the year, all management trainees will be invited to attend relevant training courses as part of the programme.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for Hospitality.
You must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK.
Previous experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role is preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion, and willingness to take on responsibility and ownership.
Minimum requirement: A Levels or equivalent, e.g., Higher Education Qualification.
