Job summary

Aura Connections in Glasgow is recruiting for a Management Trainee to lead field campaigns and grow into a team leader. You’ll start face-to-face with customers on live BT and EE campaigns, learn our sales process, and develop your leadership skills through hands-on coaching and mentored progression.

Over the first weeks you’ll train across our 10 Key Areas of Leadership, run team briefings, plan daily activities, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• No prior management experience is required; full training is provided.
• Candidates should be confident talking to people face-to-face and motivated by results.
• Candidates who lead by example and take ownership will excel in this program.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers face-to-face on live BT and EE campaigns.
• Lead and coach a crew of 15+ once progressed.
• Recruit and develop new talent for the team.
• Run team briefings, daily planning and performance reviews.
• Track KPIs and translate data into action.

We're growing fast in Glasgow. Our operation is leading with BT and EE, with British Gas and Milk & More campaigns launching here within the next 12 months. Every new market needs strong leadership, so we're building a pipeline of Campaign Managers to run teams of 15+ and oversee six-figure client contracts.

Our Management Training Programme is how we grow our own managers, from day one.

Every great manager understands the front line. That's why you'll start face-to-face, speaking directly with customers on live campaigns. After your first two weeks, your focus shifts to leadership: our 10 Key Areas of Leadership, training, recruiting and crew management.

Your first two weeks

• Work face-to-face with customers on live BT and EE campaigns
• Learn our sales process and customer engagement techniques
• See how high-performing teams operate in the field
• Track your own results and KPIs

From week three

• Develop through our 10 Key Areas of Leadership
• Train, coach and develop new team members
• Get involved in recruiting new talent
• Lead and manage your own crew
• Run team briefings, daily planning and performance reviews
• Track team KPIs and turn the numbers into action
• Learn how campaigns are managed, from targets to client objectives

Who we’re looking for

No management experience needed. If you’ve worked in sales, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role, that helps, but full training is provided. You’ll be:
