Job summary

Crestpointuk is seeking a Management Trainee to join our growing team, gaining exposure across marketing, sales and business development campaigns for established UK clients. You’ll support customer acquisition, brand awareness and client development in a fast‑moving commercial environment, with structured training from day one.

No prior management experience is required; we value ambition and a proactive attitude.

• Structured training with progression from day one.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, recruitment or business development can be beneficial, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support across marketing, sales and business development campaigns.
• Assist campaign management and client representation.
