About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in a management-focused role. As a Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and structured development designed to build leadership skills and provide experience across key areas of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day team coordination and planning

Collaborate with senior team members to implement business strategies

Monitor performance metrics and contribute to team targets

Help maintain high standards of customer service and client engagement

Contribute to staff development, coaching, and motivation

Attend regular team briefings and training sessions
