Job description

Craig Nutty CQP MCQI and Rhodri Morgan are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in a new full-time role. Reporting to the Managing Director and supporting the Engineering Director, this is a remote position with frequent UK travel and occasional international visits.

This role is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-focused — helping organisations improve their management systems and meet legal and certification requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Gap analysis of client management systems
2. Design, implementation, and improvement of management systems
3. Delivery of awareness and internal auditor training
4. Conducting internal and supplier audits
5. Providing health & safety advice aligned with UK law
6. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
7. Proven experience in risk, systems, and organisational management
8. Practical knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 55001, 80079-34)
9. Familiarity with UK Acts, Regulations, HSE guidance
10. Understanding of ATEX, DSEAR, COMAH, Ex equipment compliance
11. Use of tools like 8D, 5Y, and FMEA
