As a Management System Coordinator, you will maintain the company's management systems. Reporting to the Management Systems and Audit Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the continuous improvement of the company's management system, the maintenance of NGUKL's existing external ISO accreditations, and the attainment of new ISO accreditations to support the business strategy.

Our UK Cyber & Intelligence business combines modern software development with a rich heritage in Defence and security sectors, handling complex data requirements and supporting digital transformation projects.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Supporting maintenance of management systems and the CAD database
  • Maintaining the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) for compliance with standards like ISO 9001, 20000-1, 27001, 14001
  • Assisting functions and process owners to update and optimize processes, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Releasing new process documents with appropriate references and approvals
We are looking for:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ISO 14001 standards
  • Experience managing process documentation libraries
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
  • Willingness to travel within the UK for meetings and training
