In FY25, Zenith delivered another year of strong performance — growing our fleet size, investing in digital transformation, and maintaining our industry-leading customer satisfaction.

We are now recruiting a Management Reporting Accountant to play a vital role in our Group Management Accounts team. This role supports our Corporate and Consumer division and is central to the success of our Finance Transformation Programme. You will ensure robust financial reporting, control, and insight — empowering better decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including detailed month-on-month analysis and variance commentary.
  • Lead on implementing strong financial processes and controls in line with the Velocity transformation initiative.
  • Maintain full balance sheet reconciliations, with clear ageing, resolution of reconciling items, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and provide clear audit evidence to third parties.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the division, and contribute to statutory reporting where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
  • Mentor junior finance team members, sharing knowledge and supporting professional development.
What We're Looking For
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in a finance role, ideally within a multi-divisional group.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with excellent Excel proficiency (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Proven ability to manage large data sets across multiple systems.
  • A detail-oriented individual with the ability to see the bigger picture and communicate insights effectively.
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, able to influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and motivated by opportunities to drive process improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) & Annual bonus
