Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid one-year Management Placement and Internship Programme based in Basingstoke. As an Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while you learn through mentorship and classroom-style learning.

You'll develop leadership skills, work with diverse teams, and have real responsibilities from day one. The programme supports your growth, offers opportunities for promotion, and reflects Enterprise

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended or subjects studied.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently handling reservations and enquiries.
• Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships (Sales & Marketing).
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance (Operations & Logistics).
• Take the lead in mentoring, training and developing your own team with potential for promotion.
