We are seeking a Management PA to provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to NHS Tayside CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Services), Outpatient Services based at 19 Dudhope Terrace, Dundee.
The postholder will offer dedicated administrative support to the Clinical Care Group Manager, Lead Nurse, Senior Nurse, and Clinical Leads for CAMHS, along with extensive administrative assistance on behalf of the business.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and a good communicator, with strong organizational and IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
You will liaise with internal and external agencies, patients, and the public. This role offers variety and the opportunity to support NHS Tayside CAMHS.
Applicants should have extensive experience in minute-taking, excellent audio typing, and IT skills. Knowledge of NHS Tayside-specific software would be advantageous.
You will be required to meet the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
