Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret recruitment data to provide insights and reports.
• Manage and optimize data within Bullhorn CRM to enhance performance.
• Deliver actionable analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and management information systems.
• Expertise in Bullhorn CRM.
• Excel expert (advanced formulas, macros, data visualization).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
