Job summary

ENGIE UK is seeking a Management Information Analyst in Leeds to turn data into powerful insights across Business Development, Operations and Finance. You will design and deliver dashboards and MI models that inform decisions and drive performance.

You will build interactive dashboards in Power BI, maintain MI reports, ensure data integrity, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational choices. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an analytical or Management Information role.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VBA.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design and deliver dashboards and MI models that inform business decisions across multiple teams. Your analytical expertise will directly support our mission by enabling smarter, faster, and more impactful choices every day.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain interactive MI models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and similar tools.

What You Bring

  • A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, with GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
