General Manager - Gourdie Croft, Dundee - Beefeater

Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + 50% Bonus potential

Our General Managers play a pivotal role in the success of the business, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. The role involves creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
  2. Inspire, develop, and lead management and team members to ensure high retention.
  3. Maximise revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
  4. Manage controllable costs and site P&L effectively.
  5. Support long-term business goals with the Regional Operations Manager.
  6. Drive high performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
  7. Maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  8. Show passion for the brand and ensure team members are knowledgeable and confident in delivering core values.
  9. Ensure health and safety standards are met.
  10. Focus on achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
  11. Utilise tools to manage labour and costs, and proactively drive sales and revenue using guest feedback.
  12. Champion and implement change within the business.
Candidate Profile:

Ideally from a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role with experience in branded operations. Passionate, driven, and capable of creating memorable moments for teams and guests.
