Absolutely Recruitment is recruiting a high-potential graduate into a two-year Management Development Programme based in Surbiton, with a hybrid, full-time role. The programme spans Marketing, Sales, Commercial Planning and Customer Service, offering hands-on experience from day one and exposure to real business projects.

You will receive in-house training plus a dedicated mentor and clear progression to a permanent position, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Has, or predicted to have, a minimum 2:1 degree.
• 7 GCSEs (minimum grades B or above, including Maths & English) – 3 A Levels (minimum grades B or above)

We are representing a premium global brand who wish to recruit well qualified and enthusiastic future leaders to join a graduate two-year entry level Management Development Programme.

Those selected will have the opportunity to work across the business in real jobs in three different departments – Marketing, Sales, Commercial Planning and Customer Service – during their first two years with the company. You will have responsibility from the outset in operational roles and will gain hands-on experience and a broad array of skills.
