We have a great opportunity to join us as a Management Development Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of learning programmes and initiatives that enhance the skills and capabilities of our Management and Admin teams. Now is the time to step in and help us step up!

You will be delivering, monitoring and measuring success of face to face and virtual training, from Management Development programmes, Step Up programmes, RISE Programmes and supporting Apprentice Levy sponsored solutions.

• Delivery - Developing our colleagues and managers capabilities within the operation at all levels and equipping all our managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully lead their teams and drive operational performance
• Programme Management - Scheduling and delivery (self and through team)
• Quality Assurance -Ensure the quality and consistency of learning materials and delivery methods.
• Driving Engagement - Supporting leadership to drive improved employee engagement (in collaboration with the Heads of HR and HR Business Partners) and delivering learning solutions to improve engagement within the business.
• Stakeholder Management - Work with wider stakeholders from HO to Operational Stakeholders
• Data Analysis - utilise data and feedback with regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaboration - Work closely with the Learning Design Manager to continuously improve learning solutions

• Stakeholder management is key, demonstrable experience within previous roles.
