Compensation and Accommodation

The basic salary is £60,000 plus a percentage of the business. Live-in accommodation includes a spacious 1-bedroom flat, finished to hotel standards with spectacular views.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full financial accountability, including stock management and ordering.
2. Developing and training the team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Creating menus, selecting wines, beers, and food offerings.
