As a Capital Markets Strategy & Consulting Senior Manager you will:

You will lead with insight, foster high-performing teams, and directly contribute to the growth and differentiation of the offering and broader Capital Markets business.

Typical responsibilities:

  • Lead the shaping, structuring, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex consulting engagements across capital markets clients, particularly within Exchanges, Clearing Houses, and other Market Infrastructure Providers
  • Navigate demanding stakeholder environments, often with intense regulatory oversight and delivery challenges, to define and implement c-suite strategic agendas
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, building long-term strategic relationships across the Capital Markets ecosystem. You’ll demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering tangible client value and becoming an embedded partner in shaping client transformation agendas

  • Define and deliver thought-provoking, market-relevant insights and perspectives. • Prioritise diversity & inclusion across teams and champion change that brings added value to the business

We are looking for the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills and able to demonstrate the ability to successfully shape, lead, and deliver complex consulting engagements across diverse and demanding stakeholder groups
  • A proven track record of developing deep and trusted senior client relationships across the Capital Markets / Financial Services industry. Demonstrate strong advisory capabilities, with deep experience becoming a trusted partner to senior client executives
  • Knowledge and a personal viewpoint ok key trends shaping Capital Markets and specifically in EMI
  • An excellent understanding of the Capital Markets industry, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses, with strong familiarity with the Exchanges & Market Infrastructure landscape – spanning trading venues, clearing houses, settlement systems, and the broader post-trade value chain
  • Proven track record in delivering major transformation programs in highly regulated, complex environments – preferably including front-to-back platform migrations, regulatory reform implementations (e.g., CSDR, DLT pilots), or post-trade automation
  • Commercially astute, with experience in sales origination, commercial structuring, and closing consulting engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior client relationships, shape multi-year transformation agendas, and deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Intellectual capacity and ability to think in new, innovative ways to understand complex issues and develop creative solutions. Comfortable operating within uncertain / ambiguous circumstances to lead and drive
