As a Manager in the CMT Strategy & Consulting team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver impactful strategies that unlock growth and improve performance. You’ll lead engagements, build standout customer experiences, and unlock the full potential of cutting-edge technologies – all while navigating continuous change. You’ll support junior team members and collaborate across multi-disciplinary Accenture teams to solve real client problems – from strategy through to execution.

In our team you will:
- Use your previous Consulting experience to Lead the delivery of high-impact transformation projects across the Communications, Media, Software & Platforms, High-Tech industries, working on strategy, innovation, and operational change initiatives
- Lead key workstreams across multiple client engagements – designing, structuring, and executing project deliverables that create measurable value
- Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams across Europe, contributing to the design and implementation of future-ready solutions that blend strategy, technology, people, and process
- Bring innovative thinking and curiosity to every engagement by applying emerging technologies, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving to complex client challenges
- Build strong client relationships, contributing to stakeholder workshops, interviews, and decision-making processes
- Support proposal creation, client presentations, and business development initiatives as part of growing our presence across Europe
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to support their growth and development
- Engage in internal practice-building initiatives, helping evolve our capabilities, assets, and thought leadership in key topic areas
In this role you will:
- Lead the delivery of key workstreams or components of complex programmes and transformation initiatives, bringing structure, clarity, and insight to ambiguous challenges
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical rigour to shape business and technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes – drawing on Accenture’s full suite of capabilities across Strategy & Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, working alongside them to understand their challenges, co-create tailored solutions, and drive shared success
- Operate with autonomy and accountability by owning defined scope, making value-led decisions, and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results
- Bring intellectual curiosity to every engagement, staying on top of emerging trends, technologies, and methods to help clients stay ahead of disruption
- Help shape and empower high-performing teams by mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, contributing to performance management, and playing an active role in recruitment and practice development
- Support opportunity identification and solution development, contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives across the Communications, Media, Software & Platforms space
- Contribute to innovate by applying creative problem-solving and industry-leading methodologies to real client challenges – designing future-ready solutions that integrate strategy, technology, people, and process
We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
Ideal candidates will have experience in Communications, Media, Software & Platforms, or adjacent technology-driven industries. You’ll bring a strong consulting toolkit, industry curiosity, and a proven ability to drive client impact.
You should emphasise expertise in any of the following areas:
1. Delivery Orchestration
- Experience leading or supporting the delivery of complex transformation workstreams within multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong skills in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly
- Familiarity with delivery excellence principles including value tracking, risk mitigation, and programme governance
- A structured approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritise high-impact activities
2. Data-Driven Consulting
- High data literacy and confidence working with quantitative and qualitative insights
- Experience with data strategy, management, or governance, and the ability to link data to business impact
- Strong storytelling skills – able to turn data and analysis into compelling narratives for internal and client audiences
- Familiarity with data platforms and technology vendors in the market
3. Process & Architecture Design
- Experience in defining customer and user journeys, future-state processes, and transformation roadmaps
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, AR/VR, and how they are applied to unlock growth
- Understanding of platform business models and digital architecture, or willingness to learn
- Ability to identify and assess innovative technologies that drive measurable outcomes
4. Industry Insight & Platform Ecosystem Experience
- Exposure to or passion for key areas of growth across industry, such as:
- B2B SaaS and Cloud
- Commerce and Payments Strategy
- Regulation & Trust
- SMB growth and engagement models
- Product Management and Go-To-Market strategies
- Extended Reality and immersive technologies
- A collaborative mindset with interest in shaping scalable solutions across local and global markets
5. Leadership, Collaboration & Growth Mindset
- Experience managing or mentoring multidisciplinary teams and mentoring talent
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive results
- A commitment to continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and growing both personally and professionally
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment, with strong adaptability and resilience
Set yourself apart:
- Relevant consulting experience and/or experience within the Communications, Media Software & Platforms industries, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving outcomes through collaboration and innovation
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, both new and existing, across local and global markets
- Experience in relevant areas such as SMB sales and marketing, regulatory readiness, cloud solutions, social commerce and payments, with a focus on scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Agile certifications) where applicable
- Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience with a focus on strategy, transformation, and business growth
Bonus points if you bring:
- Experience in GenAI, Agile/DevOps, or scaled cloud-based delivery
- Industry-specific experience in areas like gaming, IoT, home broadband, or sustainability
- Product Management and Go-to-Market Strategy
