Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver complex consulting engagements with diverse stakeholders, often in regulated environments.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, demonstrating impactful advisory skills.
  • Lead teams and support the development of our Asset Management practice through mentoring and initiatives.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities, creating value-driven propositions.
  • Create thought leadership assets to enhance market presence.
  • Develop offerings within the Asset Management practice and support growth strategies.
  • Champion change initiatives that add value to clients and the firm.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Asset Management consulting experience, either in a consulting firm or in-house within a large asset management organization.
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver complex consulting projects with significant client impact.
  • Deep client relationship skills and industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of asset management and asset servicing industry trends and technologies.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and projects, with familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep industry expertise, including front-to-back processes.
  • Knowledge of industry ecosystems, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in operational and technological transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational background at Bachelor's level or higher, or equivalent experience.
