Job description

FICA Functional Delivery Lead

The FICA functional delivery lead is responsible for the successful delivery of functional design, testing, and rollout/deployment of the FICA functional track.

You will be expected to plan, lead, and drive all aspects of a project or program: from design, workshop planning, functional testing, SIT & UAT, Performance Test, Batch Test, Parallel Run, Deployment, and post-go-live support.

Superior client management skills are required to manage a large group of stakeholders and drive outcomes within scope, reducing delivery risk to Accenture.

Connecting with our clients, you will define scope and plan for implementation.

Using your in-depth SAP IS-U FICA knowledge, especially in EBS and existing Singpower customization expertise, you will coach and manage your team in designing and delivering solutions that meet client requirements, as well as plan and budget accordingly.

You will serve as the overall functional lead to facilitate team cohesion, consolidate impact assessments, and ensure work plan delivery consistency across other tracks.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2. 10+ years of hands-on system implementation experience
3. Techno-functional expertise in SAP IS-U sub-modules FICA, Billing, and Customer Service
4. Expertise in SAP FICO integration and interface design
5. Proficiency in business process design and translating these into application functional designs
6. Ability to define and document integration test scenarios
7. Experience leading and managing a team of 7-12 SAP FI-CA analysts and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and team development
8. Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, troubleshooting system problems, and providing timely resolutions to minimize operational impact
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver business-driving solutions
10. Strong stakeholder management skills
11. Deep understanding of finance processes, including FICO integration with external systems, and experience optimizing system performance within S/4 HANA landscape
12. Experience with SAP Fiori usability standards and principles (preferred)
13. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to clients
14. Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
